Have you considered a role in Care where you can work 3 days a week with 4 days off?

At The Vines we work on a shift pattern of 3 days on and 4 days off.

A full-time role is three 12.5 hour shifts a week, 7:30am - 8pm or 7:30pm – 8am.

A part-time role is 25 hours per week, and can be made up of either two 12.5 hour shifts, or one 12.5 hour shift plus two 6.25 hour shifts. 6.25 hour shift times are 7:30am to 1:45pm or 1:45pm to 8pm.

There is also availability to pick up overtime.

The Vines is a specialist residential home comprising of 12 individual bedrooms and 2 self contained flats, which provides a step-down service for individuals who have suffered progressive neurological conditions or an acquired brain injury and we are a mid to long term placement.

The Vines is a warm and friendly home which aims to promote independence and to support each resident to achieve their goals and to maintain their independence as best as possible and for as long as possible. The Vines is located in the small town of Crowborough, East Sussex with close proximity to Royal Tunbridge Wells, the Sussex Coast and the Ashdown Forrest.

Our residents are provided with numerous opportunities to access the wider community including specialised swimming sessions, bowling, memory cafes, cinemas and choirs with the intention of supporting our resident to live fulfilled lives.
