Ryelands Cressent Supported Living Service 

Ryelands Cressent Supported Living accommodation with two separate living environment within Preston Lancashire and has been specifically designed to enable adults with autism  , mental health and other complex needs to live as independently as possible. Ryelands Cressent can accommodate male and female adults aged 18 years and over, 
 Ryelands Cressent Supported Living Service  will provide supported living Bungalow has  self-contained living environments , offering single tenancy  
These two Living environments  are on the ground floor of the property, and are ideal for people moving on from hospital settings or residential environments, who require high support needs. The facilities and equipment available will include:
• 2 self-contained apartments, each with their own kitchen, bathroom and seating area
• A garden area 
• Staff availability 24 hours per day  

In addition to the Job Description - We would like our  Support Workers to embrace the Positive Behaviour Support approach, enabling the people we support to improve their quality of life through skill building. We use the Person Centred Active Support model to enable individuals to achieve skills and develop their confidence. 
We would like people with a "Can Do" attitude and are solution focussed. We will provide support to our staff however we do expect a degree of autonomy and responsibility. Communication is key to ensure we create a Team Based approach to help us to achieve our goals
