Richmond House and Lombard House are specialist learning disability rehabilitation unit which provides eight beds for females (Richmond)  and nine beds for males (Lombard) with a history of offending/challenging behaviour, who have learning disabilities and other conditions including autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs), personality disorders and mental illnesses 

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at RIchmond and Lombard House.  You will be responsible for ensuring the Common Maintenance Standards are maintained, as defined in the General Property Maintenance Guide and to contribute to the delivery of effective, efficient and economical day-to-day maintenance, new and alteration works to ensure the safety of colleagues, service users and visitors and that they experience a pleasant and cared for environment.

 

You will need:

• Basic numeracy and literacy required

• Detail oriented & ability to prioritise

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Strong customer focused attitude and team working ethic
