Job Advert Role Description

We are now recruiting for a Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary Therapy Service at Priory Hospital Roehampton.

Registered with Social Work England, you will be an experienced social worker with knowledge and experience in a similar setting. Experience specifically within mental health treatment is desirable.

The succesful candidate will work as the social worker on one of our CAMHS wards as part of the MDT to ensure the highest levels of patient care and optimal communication with parents/carers and the community teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Social Worker to progress the social work agenda at site and both will report into the Therapy Services Manager.

Both Social Workers share the additional responsibility of being safeguarding leads for the hospital. This is an advisory role, to support clinicians and managers when making decisions about safeguarding concerns/practise.
