About Priory Barnt Green
Priory Hospital Barnt Green is located in the stunning Lickey Hills Country Park, 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre. We have thirty-three beds across three wards including ten NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care beds for women, thirteen NHS acute beds for men and women and ten private beds for men and women. In addition to providing inpatient services, the hospital has a large Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a leading role in opening this new ward, leading a new staff team and extending Priory’s established reputation for delivering the highest standards of care to a new site and broadening Priory’s provision of services in the Birmingham area, alongside it’s well established services at Woodbourne Priory Hospital and the Birmingham Wellbeing Centre.
Our Role :
We are currently looking for a Ward Manager on our 10 bedded adult PICU. A nursing qualification and an active NMC registration is a requirement as well at least 2 years of management experience. Experience on a PICU is desirable.
