Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. 

The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has a specialist Eating Disorders unit and NHS acute service. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.

We are recruiting for a Bank Maintenance Assistant on a ad hoc basis. The role holder will be required to maintain a well decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the hospital, in line with quality standards, and follow work processes which comply with statutory regulations. They will ensure that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all hospital areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of the Maintenance team. They will identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the Maintenance Manager (and then complete actions as agreed) to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.  The role consists of general maintenance, painting, decorating and some porter duties.
