Priory Woking provides private acute mental health and addiction services (inpatients and day patients), and run extensive private outpatient clinics.

We are looking for an organised, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our busy Admissions Team as a Private Enquiries Manager on a fixed term contract. This is an interesting and varied role incorporating a wide range of duties and ensuring an efficient service to our patients and wider on-site team.

The ideal candidate will possess great written and verbal communication skills and feel confident speaking and engaging with a wide variety of people while also having the ability to demonstrate high levels of empathy. IT Literacy is essential with competent use and knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills.

As the Private Enquiries Manager you will provide the first point of contact and facilitate a smooth journey for all private clients; whether this be as an inpatient or outpatient.

Main Duties Include:

•           Deliver first class customer service to all internal and external clients including but not limited to other hospital departments, external Visiting Consultants as well as private clients and referral partners.

•           Ensure all enquiries are logged and updated on Salesforce in line with agreed processes and SLA’s (training on this will be provided.)

•           Support the Admissions Manager with facilitating client payments and liaising closely with Private Medical Insurance providers.
