Priory Wellbeing Centre Bristol is looking for a Deputy Office Manager /Practice Manager for The Priory Wellbeing Centre in Bristol – Salary Up to £28,000

 

Wellbeing Centre Bristol is located on the outskirts of Bristol at Aztec West, Just off the M5 & M32 and has on-site parking available.

 

We are also easily accessible by bus and train, making it a convenient location for both staff and clients.

 

The Wellbeing Centre provides therapy and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and bereavement

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our management team. The primary function of this role is to manage the site's administration team and all day to day activities associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to diary management, billing, handling referrals, customer service including handling complaints, managing waiting list, responding to internal and external communication, billing, chasing debts and petty cash.

 

Hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm

 

What you need

 

  • Experience in deputy or supervisory role within an office environment
  • Experience dealing with reports and financials
  • Experience conducting audits
  • Strong admin and organisation skills
  • Healthcare background is preferable

 

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Office Management/ Deputy of GP Surgery / Deputy or Supervisory in a Clinic/Centre Environment
