Set in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, close to Birmingham City centre, Priory Hospital Woodbourne is conveniently located for access to the West Midlands motorway network and with very good local public transport links.

 

Woodbourne hospital provides a diverse range of inpatient services. These include acute and psychiatric intensive care services for adults, Child and Adolescent Mental Health services, a specialist adult Eating Disorder service and a private addictions service.  Across seven wards, our multi-disciplinary teams deliver personalised treatment programmes to our patients and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

 

As the Private Enquiries Manager (PEM) your role will be to manage the progression of all private enquiries at the hospitals within agreed timescales. A large part of your role is talking to patients, taking them through the admission process from booking their initial consultation and assessment through to their date of admission, if in-patient treatment is required. Your attention to detail and customer service will be what makes you succeed in this role. This opportunity spans two of our Priory hositals in the West Midlands, with the opportunity of flexible working, including home working once established in the role.

Priory Hospital Woodbourne, is located in Edgbaston a peaceful and picturesque suburb of South West Birmingham, we provide expert treatment for a range of addictions, including alcohol addiction treatment, drug addiction treatment and support for behavioural addictions. Our specialist addictions facility, The Manor Ward is a nine bedded unit, it is where our team deliver exceptional levels of treatment and care to our patients. We pride ourselves on placing patients at the heart of their recovery journey, empowering them to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Priory Hospital Barnt Green is located in the beautiful Lickey Hills Country Park, there are ten beds in our purpose build private ward. We can treat a wide range of mental health challenges, including Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Mental health problems that arise as a result of bereavement and grief, Personality disorders and Bipolar disorder. Our world class team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green consists of consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and other mental health professionals, all of whom have a wealth of expertise in treating a whole range of mental health issues. We can provide recovery-focused therapies and evidence-based treatments across private inpatient treatment and mental health day care programmes.
