Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Home Manager at Willows Mountain Ash, a superb home with excellent road and rail links from either Cardiff or Pontypridd. The home has an already close knit and established workforce that deliver first class care to the residents of the home, along with superb panoramic views over the Cynon Valley. This is a chance to join a friendly team that really cares about its residents and has an excellent relationship with the Perthcelyn community.

As a Home Manager, your caring and professional approach goes without saying, and you will be expected to utilise the full breadth of your experience to run the home to enable the residents to live their best lives. A Nurse qualification would be advantageous.
