We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to join an inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders in High Wycombe. This is a 14 bedded, specialist eating disorder service for mixed gender adults. We offer a warm and nurturing environment where people receive intensive treatment for eating disorders including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa.
3 years post graduate experience
-registered with the NMC, HCPC or Social Work England
-A recognised post-registration qualification together with full membership / accreditation of a relevant professional institution and evidence of continuous professional development
-Experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level within a mental health environment; minimum 3 years working as a Ward Manager or equivalent. -Experience of managing a clinical budget
-Experience of leading, implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment.-Strong background within leadership and people management. Detailed understanding of statutory regulations is essential. -Passionate about providing high quality care and continuous improvement
-Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills essential
-The ability to multi task in a highly dynamic environment
-Forward thinking, proactive and creative
-Full, clean driving licence. -Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
