Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Bank Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals at The Priory Egerton Road. This is a small residential home which provides a lively and supportive environment for men and women with acquired brain injury, that gives the encouragement and support our residents needs.

As a support worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person centred care and support to our residents. You will build good relationships with both residents and their families, supporting residents with planning of their goals to live as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key task to this role.

You don’t need experience to join us, as long as you have the right attitude and empathy, our training will do the rest. In return we offer very competitive salaries and an excellent benefit scheme.
