Due to a genuine occupational health requirement we are looking to hire male Support Workers for this role. 

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at Ebbsfleet House in Ramsgate, part of Priory Adult Care.

Ebbsfleet House is a specialist service that provides assessment and a range of high quality, specialist services to 5 people with autism and/or learning disabilities, who may at times present severely challenging behaviour.

Some of the people we support also have communication difficulties and other conditions such as epilepsy.​

As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!

The shifts are below, and we require our Support Workers to do 1-2 sleep ins per week: 

7:30am - 9:30pm or 8:30am - 9pm
