Job Advert Role Description
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our team at Lily Close in Rainham, Essex.
Lily Close provides 10 beds, across 3 bungalows for adults with learning disability. Each bungalow can support people mobilising in a wheelchair.
Lily Close is located in the community, with easy access to local shops, leisure centre and colleges; with good transport links into central London and neighbouring towns to promote social integration and meaningful engagement for patients with their local community.
Dedicated to undertaking the Leadership of supporting people to develop their skills and promote their independence. Your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives, along with supporting them on the pathway to independent living.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
