Make A Difference To Someone’s Life!

We are seeking to recruit Support Workers based at Julians House in Stevenage. Julian’s House supports up to 7 male adults who have autism and some challenging behaviours.

Our Support Workers provide a high standard of care and support to residents with with various levels of learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge.

It is a challenging yet very rewarding role, and no shift will be the same.

The Job

  • To provide support with all aspects of personal care.
  • Tasks involved with daily living such as maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Support with cooking meals.
  • Participate and initiate activities in and outside of the home.
  • Provide support that will enable the service user to live as independently as possible.
  • Creative and caring approach to build excellent relationships with the residents and families.
