Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at both Seabreezes and Cotswold Lodge in New Romney, Kent. 

This is a part-time role 2 shifts per week but there is opportunity for overtime. The two services are 5 minutes apart. 

At Seabreezes we support 6 adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health diagnosis and communication difficulties. ​

At Cotswold Lodge we support 8 adults with learning difficulties, some with autism and mental health diagnosis some with communication difficulties. All have a requirement for positive behaviour support.​

As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!
