Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31 bedded rehabilitation and recovery service for adult males and females. We offer a positive environment to stabilise the symptoms of mental illness, and develop positive self-management and independent skills for a successful discharge into the community We have a dedicated Occupational Therapy service offering real working opportunities and pet therapy, amongst many other benefits within our monitored programme.

 Job Profile

• Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
• Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
• Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
• Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities 

• Registered nurse RMN with active NMC PIN with 2 years post qualifying experience for Senior Staff Nurse
• Relevant clinical experience
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
• Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
• Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
