Job Advert Location Description
Priory Hospital Enfield is a 53 bed hospital in the Borough of Enfield and is situated with very good transport links. The site provides services in both a forensic setting (male medium secure & low secure) and acute services (mixed sex). The hospital can cater for up to 53 patients at one time across the four wards, and the responsibility for staffing the hospital is of vital importance.

Job Advert Role Description
The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering positive patient care to patients across our four wards. They will be based on one ward but expected to link in with other members of the Occupational Therapy Team to deliver hospital wide therapy programmes. This includes running groups with patients including cooking, art and welfare groups.
They will support the Occupational Therapists in a wide range of therapy assessments designed to identify support patients need and then deliver the support required on an individual level.
The successful candidate will promote hospital events with our patients to improve the experience of all of our patients and help them as they work towards their goal of recovery and gaining independence.
Currently, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act you are required to be double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption. Albeit this still remains the case, the Government has recently announced their intention to reconsider this under the Health and Social Care Act. Therefore, you are invited to submit your application, with the understanding that should the current position be repealed your application would be progressed in line with Priory’s recruitment policy. Any changes to legislation will be reflected in our recruitment policy.
