Priory Hospital Marlow will provide NHS-commissioned specialist assessment and treatment for men and women from the age of 18 who have an eating disorder including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and atypical eating disorders.

Marlow is specialist Eating Disorders Hospital for adults. We treat patients with a variety of disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and atypical eating disorders. The philosophy of the hospital is one of collaboration and mutual respect.

Our multidisciplinary team will include:

•           Consultant Psychiatrist

•           Specialty Doctor

•           Principle Clinical Psychologist

•           Registered Mental Health Nurses

•           Healthcare assistants

•           Dietician

•           Occupational Therapist

•           Therapy Assistant

•           Social Worker

•           Advocate

•           Access to; chiropody, dental, and optician services

You need to be a registered nurse (RMHN) with extensive clinical and managerial experience in ward leadership. You will be in charge of the general  management of the ward, managing  nursing staff, managing  6 weekly rotas cycles, liaising with external stakeholders such as CCG, case managers and  locality teams, family and carers . You will also be Team player, a member of the MDT. You will be expected to actively participate in hospital improvement initiatives and carry out  monthly clinical audits and implement action plans.  Role modelling, time management  and professionalism will be an integral attributes for this role.  You will be reporting to the Director of Clinical services.
