Set in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, close to Birmingham City centre, Priory Hospital Woodbourne is set in beautiful grounds, conveniently located for access to the West Midlands motorway network and with good local public transport links.
Our unique range of services gives our colleagues the opportunity to develop skills and experience of working with a broad range of mental health conditions across five mental health service lines, across the hospital’s seven wards.
We provide a diverse range of inpatient services, including acute and psychiatric intensive care for adults (including our unique 18-25 year old service), child and adolescent mental health, specialist eating disorder and addictions therapy. Our multi-disciplinary teams take great pride in delivering personalised treatment programmes to our patients and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

We are currently recruiting for a Bank Catering assistant to join our existing team and to help provide cover for A/L & Sickness.
As part of the Support Services team and reporting to the Catering Manager, the role entails ensuring high quality service is delivered to our clients trough assisting the chefs and catering manger to deliver high standards of food preperation, food service and safe keeping of the environment.
You will be a capable team player who is reliable, with exceptional customer service and who possesses excellent communication skills. You will be able to successfully manage pressurised situations and have experience of working in a busy kitchen.

• Current Food Hygiene Certificate (preferable)
