Deputy Manager

The Priory Group is currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join our established team at Carlton House. Based on the outskirts of Leeds heading towards Wakefield, Carlton House is one of priory adult cares specialist services. The service supports 16 gentlemen with complex and Challenging needs, Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum conditions. Carlton House is a residential service with each service users having their own bedroom and community areas/spaces shared. The site provides 24hr care, quality person-centred care with all Service users on 2-1 care throughout the day.

With no two  days the same the ideal candidate will be a confident individual, capable of making decisions in line with company policy and procedure whilst having the service users best interest at the heart of the decision making. We are looking for someone with experience managing a team in a residential setting.

Working alongside the Service Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
