Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Waking Night Support Workers at Windsor House in Westgate on Sea.

Windsor House has the capacity to accommodate fourteen people who have a range of diverse needs, some of which include learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia and challenging behaviour.

Our support workers help our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals in our care.
