Job Advert Role Description
Priory Hospital Barnt Green is set in the beautiful surroundings of Lickey Hills to the south of Birmingham. The hospital provides services for both NHS and private patients for a wide range of mental health conditions.
The service comprises of 3 wards: a 10-bed adult Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (for adult females), a 13 bed adult acute ward and a 10 bed Private Acute ward. The service takes a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering personalised treatment programmes to our inpatients as well as offering a Private Outpatient therapy service.
The Quality & Compliance Administrator plays a vital role in the effective runnig of the hospital, you will provide essential support to the Hospital Director and wider SMT. Including but not limited to:
• Supporting with investigations and reviews
• Monitoring Patient experience across the site
• Working with Senior Management Team to review service improvement plans
• Ensure robust recording, monitoring and tracking of CQC notifications, 24/72hr reports and TIR/SI reviews
• Co-ordinating responses to patient complaints
• Ensure these plans are reviewed, escalating concerns where improvement isn’t occurring in a timely way
• Assist with providing analysis, thematic review and internal benchmarking
• Contribute to the Clinical Audit and Policy development and implementation
• Ensure that work is collaborative and in accordance with company policy
Minuting key site meetings
• To assist with ensuring appropriate quality and safety
• Preparing Quality reports as and when required
• Leading on the organisation of the site Clinical Governance meeting.
• Using existing data systems and reports to support the site to improve patient experience and safety.
• You will be expected to provide cover and support to the wider team and site as and when needed
