Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of bank support workers at Belmont Road in March, Cambs, part of Priory Adult Care.

Belmont Road (formerly part of Craegmoor) provides assessment and 24/7 specialist residential support for 13 adults living with a primary learning disability diagnosis but may present complex conditions. Some of our residents also have communication difficulties, a physical disability, or present behaviours that challenge, and predominately have dual diagnosis, as well as a range of other disabilities such as epilepsy and eating difficulties.

We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we support, and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.​

As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!
