Job Advert Role Description
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at our site in the in a the picturesque village of Billinghay.
Billinghay is a rural village without any links to public transport and as such car driving is essential. Blair House provides assessment and support for adults living with different degrees of learning disabilities. Our grade II listed building, set next to the ancient Roman Kae Dyke, has been extensively refurbished and extended to provide enviable accommodation in four self-contained living areas. We are a 28 bedded Residential Home with Nursing Care for people with Learning Disabilities.

As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!
