We are looking for a Team Leader to join us at Laburnum House in Folkestone. 

Laburnum House provides 24 hour support for six adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviour. We offer a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support they receive.​

We are looking for reliable, motivated, self-driven people to join our existing friendly staff teams to help make a real and lasting difference in supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
