We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals at Linden Lodge in Southgate, London. Linden Lodge is a service for 10 adults with mental health conditions. We provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can progress through their care pathway in order to lead a more independent and fulfilling life. As a residential care home the service offers 24 hour support 365 days of the year.

The role of a senior support worker includes managing the running of a team on a day to day basis. delegating tasks, completing daily paper work, supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily life through a positive behaviour support. You will also promote the team to be engaged in supporting our residents' outcomes in their lives. Administration of medication, work as part of the management team to maintain all compliance.

Experience is essential and full training and induction provided.
