Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our established team at The Old Rectory in Brede, East Sussex. 

**Due to the remote location of the service you will need to be able to drive or be picked up/dropped off**

The Old Rectory Brede is a 15 bedded service set in an amazing location on the outskirts of Hastings. The service supports the needs of individuals with a diagnosis of a learning disability, mental health conditions and communication difficulties. The home prides itself if supporting individuals to reach there full potential and progress in all aspects of there lives. There is a great team at the home and we are looking for forward thinking individuals to join us and be part of the priory group where you can see your career develop through a supportive and valued position at the home.

We require two team leaders to join our established team at the home to support the individuals at the service and also lead the team forward through support and encouragement in all aspects of there working day.

As a Team Leader you will be have the responsibility to manage a shift on a day to day basis. You will be required to complete daily paperwork, organise activities and outcomes. Developing your career and support you to progress with a pathway to reach your full potential is at the centre of the company ethos.
