**Bank Support Worker**

The Vines is a warm and friendly home located in the small town of Crowborough, East Sussex with close proximity to Royal Tunbridge Wells, the Sussex Coast and the Ashdown Forrest. The Vines is a 17-bedroom specialist residential unit which provides a step-down service for individuals who have suffered progressive neurological conditions or an acquired brain injury. We are a mid to long term placement which aims to promote independence and to support each resident to achieve their goals. 

We’re looking for someone who is kind, caring, understanding and passionate about providing great individual and personalised care. We provide all new colleagues with training to support people and their needs so previous experience in a care role isn’t essential but would be beneficial.
