Job Advert Role Description

We are advertising for Full Time Support Workers and Night Support Worker to join our growing team at Ridgecott, we are a residential service that provides personalised, high quality, safe support for Ten adults with complex needs including Autism, Learning disabilities, long term and enduring Mental health difficulties as well as Physical disability.

We support individuals with activities such as:

• Pub visits and lunches out
• Personal shopping
• Visits to family
• Cinema
• Countryside Walks
• Visits to community groups
• Sporting Activities
• Theatre/Pantomime trips
• Daily living skills (including personal care)
