Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers / care assistants at Lammas Lodge in Hereford, part of Priory Adult Care.

Lammas Lodge is a 7 Bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. We aim to enable everyone to make their own choices about the support they receive. 

                

Our ideal support worker will:

• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
• Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
• Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
• Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge

Shift patterns are done on a 2 weekly rota 8pm - 8am

Week one - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week two - Wednesday & Thursday
