The priory group is currently looking for  a Deputy Manager to join our team at Coral House, Poole. Coral House is a specialised service for people with both learning and physical disabilities.  Coral House is situated in Poole and is specially designed to support seven people with complex needs.

Residents who currently live at Coral House like to help with meal planning, cooking, cleaning, activity planning, socialising and gardening on a regular basis. Some of the people we support go on work placements and particularly enjoy this independence.

 As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
