We are currently looking to grow our already established, fabulous team.

At Beach House we are passionate about providing excellent care and support to people with autism, learning disabilities and health needs. As a senior support worker you will have the opportunity to be part of a team who support our individuals to live their lives to the full as independently as possible.

An ideal addition to our team would be:

Be reliable, friendly and caring to help the people we support to achieve their everyday goals, including personal care.

Be able to support in house and in the community activities and hobbies.

To mentor and support the staff team.

To be able to manage your time, complete reports and tasks expected of you within the job role.

Have a great sense of humour and be outspoken enough to inspire the people we support to achieve more

A driver who can drive geared vehicles and has held a licence for more than three years.

Help manage some behaviours that challenge.

Work with a great team of people and have fun.
