With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Shaftesbury Mews is a purpose built new development of 3 bungalows, caring for 6 patients in each bungalow. It will provide an opportunity for nurses to develop both their leadership and clinical skills.

Fantastic opportunities have arisen for experienced / newly qualified nurses in our brand new facility at Shaftesbury in Whiteabbey, Co Antrim.  Ideally you will be a suitably qualified nurse with recent, relevant experience in a similar environment in which you have had responsibility for care of for adults who have complex mental and physical disabilities.  The post holders and will be supported by Unit Managers and Support Workers will be responsible for ensuring that a person centred approach is provided to meet the needs of the service users.

This role will be particularly appealing for those who want to pursue a career with a leading organisation and have the drive and commitment to take responsibility for meeting the needs of the service users and working as part of multi disciplinary team to do so.  This is a brand new facility and therefore those who have the skills to make this a success should apply.

The role will require that you are flexible in the shifts that you can work and night working will form part of this role. Full time and part time applications are welcome.
