Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Kinsley Autism Service is a day service  for adults with autism, the service opens seven days a week from early morning to late evening. Kinsley Autism Services is committed to providing just enough support to encourage individuals to develop their self-esteem and to accomplish their goals no matter how big or small, staff work in small core groups so they get to understand a persons needs and the individuel gets to know and trust the staffs that are working with them.

Job Advert Role Description

Staff would to need to pick clients up from their own home and bring back to the day service or out on activities, staff would need to help develop social skills, daily living skills such as shopping cooking, doing laundry and cleaning tasks depending upon each individual ability, we want all our clients to lead a fulfilled and meaningful life.

We are a support service for adults with autism who may also present with mild to moderate behaviours that may challenge. Activities including swimming, going to cinema, rambling, bowling arts and craft sessions and much more, we also encourage social skills personal responsibility's, This includes daily living skills such as shopping, cooking, doing laundry and cleaning tasks, depending on each individuals abilities.

Innovate person-centred support programmes in a safe and caring environment.

 We work as 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 support. we offer full training but it would be beneficial to have some experience of autism and have a clean driving licence
