About Priory Hemel Hempstead:
The hospital provides a 38 bed Rehabilitation service for adults (18+) with Enduring Mental Health problems (such as Schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, Personality disorder, General Anxiety disorders), Challenging behaviour and some physical Health problems as a secondary diagnosis.
About the Role:
We require a Kitchen Assistant at Priory Hospital Hemel Hempstead to provide a high-quality catering service to residents, guests and visitors to the hospital
In our environment, mealtimes are a natural focus for many residents. Our catering staff plan a variety of nutritious, balanced meals; they prepare, cook and present every meal to the same, high standards; they also manage food budgets effectively, and take cleanliness extremely seriously.
Our clients have a range of special dietary requirements, therefore previous catering experience in this field is preferred but not essential and the necessary interest and enthusiasm. Applicants will ideally possess Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
