Job Advert Location Description

Elm Park is a 17 bedded Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit in Ardleigh which specialises in the assessment, care and treatment of adult residents (18+ years) with an acquired brain injury

Job Advert Role Description

To work as part of a team providing 24-hour nursing care and rehabilitation of residents, under the guidance of nursing and medical staff. You will be required to work both days and nights as required by the service needs.
You will ideally have experience in mental health working with brain injury service users, however we will support all staff to develop into this role.

You will be required to assist patients with their rehabilitation, this may include assisting with personal care and meal times.  

Experiences: 
• Previous experience within a healthcare setting desirable 
• A strong sense of responsibility & ownership 
• Willingness to learn 
• Effective communication skills 
• Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude 
• Ideally you will hold a NVQ in health and social care or be willing to study the qualification.
