Llanarth Court Hospital is a 96 bedded forensic hospital providing a secure environment consisting of medium, low and open rehabilitation settings for men and women with mental illness and or personality disorders.

To be successful as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you’ll need:
A relevant nursing qualification and registration
Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach - our units operate 24 hours 7 days a week, and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights
A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development
The shifts are 12 hours on a rota basis to include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Shift times would be:
Day Shift = 07:30 > 19:45
Night Shift = 19:30 > 07:45
Staff will work a set shift pattern, such as
Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 = Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
