Llanarth Court Hospital is a 96 bedded forensic hospital providing a secure environment consisting of medium, low and open rehabilitation settings for men and women with mental illness and or personality disorder.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing and HR Administrator to work within our HR department. This is an administrator role to support the HR function.
The post holder will:
- Provide recruitment HR administration to the Hospital in line with Resourcing and HR policies and procedures and ensure consistency of approach across the site.
- Drive recruitment activity at site and to ensure that colleagues are recruited, on-boarded and paid in a manner that fits with our purpose and behaviours.
