WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!

Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Hospital – Altrincham is part of the Priory Group, Europe’s leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health.  The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care together with an extensive range of clinical services.  The hospital has residential facilities for 50 patients as well as day care and outpatient services.

CAMHS Eating disorders are complex conditions involving a combination of many factors including psychological, physical, interpersonal, functional and social problems. As a service user’s unique circumstances and presentations vary significantly, it is essential that care is obtained from highly skilled and specialist teams. We are a principle provider to the NHS in the north of England, focussing on positive holistic outcomes through full service provision.

We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to work across inpatient CAMHS Eating Disorder Services.

The post holder would join a Therapy team that is committed to evidence based practice, supervision, and providing professional development opportunities. They will be an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team and contribute to clinical meetings and care planning.

Successful candidates will be registered with the Health & Care  Professions Council (HCPC), will have a doctorate in clinical psychology and will be expected to bring the psychological leadership, clinical and consultation skills necessary to offer an outstanding psychology service to their service users and multidisciplinary teams.
