We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications and Engagement and Candidate Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for Internal communications and engagement with Priory colleagues and recruitment social media marketing for roles including healthcare assistants, support workers and nurses.
Digital Marketing Executive duties include but are not limited to:
- Producing content and placing adverts online
- Updating our internal communications channels
- Liaising with sites to find and share great colleague stories
- Producing content such as digital newsletters, recruitment e-shots and emails, blogs, articles, videos, social media posts and adverts etc.
- Working with the recruitment team and the candidate marketing manager to establish recruitment campaigns on social media – including setting up adverts with the appropriate targeting, writing ad copy and monitoring performance
- Designing simple/ad hoc imagery and artwork in-house
- Filming and editing video
- Responding to questions and comments on our recruitment social media pages

- We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, focused and resourceful communicator with exceptional digital and written skills, and a creative flair, to ensure our communications add value and support our core business objectives.
- Our Digital Marketing Executive will have the ability to build great relationships at all levels within the organisation in order to find and share stories from our sites. They will be responsible for key tasks such as producing content, placing job adverts on social media, evaluating campaigns, updating our internal communication channels, event organisation and supporting us with ad hoc projects and events.
- Good understanding of how channels, tools and technology help deliver effective internal communications and external recruitment communications.
- Experience of producing communications materials, working with in-house teams and with marketing, design and print suppliers
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
