The Priory Hospital Preston has established an excellent reputation for offering calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 38 service users.  

We are looking to recruit a Workforce Co-ordinator to join our expanding administration team. 


This role will be fully accountable for ensuring that the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all the wards in the hospital, this will include;

-  Liaising with ward managers to ensure permanent employees are rostered a minimum of 8-12 weeks in advance including appropriate planning for holiday and training in line with ward staffing ladders

- Support ward managers in the provision of safe and effective staffing

- Responsible for filling short term vacanices

- Ensure the roster is communicated effectively to ward teams, including changes

- Raise purchase orders in line with company timelines and processes

- Negoatiate long term locum agency bookings

Candidates will ideally have roster management experience within a healthcare setting, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to demonstrate experience of managing own workload.

Due to limits on sponsorship allocations we are not currently in a position to offer sponsorship to new candidates for these roles, this remains under review.
