Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at The Cherries in Folkestone!

At The Cherries we support adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs. 

As a Team Leader you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families and staff, you will be supporting residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital. As a Team Leader you will also be required to lead a team on a day to basis and support with some managerial tasks.
