We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to come and join our team at Windsor House in Westgate on Sea, Kent!

Windsor House has the capacity to accommodate fourteen people who have a range of diverse needs, some of which include learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia and challenging behaviour.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be supporting our residents in their day to day living. Supporting the support workers to follow the care plans in place to provide excellent care, whilst leading shifts and completing supervisions for support staff and developing support plans and updating when required. 

Experience in a senior role is not essential, but you must has experience within the care setting and a willingness to learn.
