Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Stockton Hall are opening their doors for you to come and experience what it is like to work at the Hospital. 

The Open Day will take place between the hours of 9am and 12pm on Saturday 4th February 2022.

If you would like to come and discuss a role with us before 4th February we will be at Acomb Parish Church Hall jobs fair on Wednesday 18th January 2023.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people passionate about helping others. Priory Stockton Hall has an incredibly diverse workforce and as such, we are looking for people with a number of different skill sets.

  • Mental Health / Learning Disabilities Nurses (Salary up to £37,227 plus £5000 welcome bonus)
  • Mental Healthcare Assistants/Recovery Assistants (Pay Rate £11.80 for perm and £9.50 for bank, Day shift is 7:25 am – 7:45pm, Night shift is 7:25pm-7:45am)
  • Housekeeping (Salary of £19,305, Shifts are 7am – 3pm)
  • Social Workers (Salary of £35,568.04)
  • Chefs (Salary of £22,500)
  • Medical Administrators (Salary of up to £20,776)

Stockton Hall Hospital is a 112 bedded Forensic medium secure psychiatric hospital, which cares for both mental illness and learning disability patients, which includes an Autistic Spectrum Disorder service and a female service.

Stockton Hall Hospital has a reputation for providing high standards of care and treatment to all patients. 

An extensive clinical and nursing team work alongside therapy disciplines of Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Activity Coordinators throughout the hospital.  Patients can access ward specific therapeutic programmes aimed at enhancing skills, self-care, coping strategies etc to support their admission and discharge into the community.
