  • RMN - Registered Mental Health Nurses -  Up to £37,277 (Post Preceptorship) £5,000 Welcome Bonus
  • RNLD – Registered Learning Disability Nurses - Up to £37,277 (Post Preceptorship) £5,000 Welcome Bonus
  • HCA - Healthcare Assistants - £10.20ph plus enhancements for nights, weekends and Bank holidays
  • Senior Social Worker – Up to £40,000
  • Consultant Psychologist – Up to £65,000
  • Deputy Ward Managers - £38,475 £5,000 Welcome Bonus
  • Admin Staff – Up to £24,500
  • Housekeepers - £19,305
  • Occupational Therapists – Up to £33,300

The services at Cheadle Royal include:

  • Acute mental health service -29-bedded service for males and females suffering from acute mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and personality disorders
  • Psychiatric intensive care units (PICUs) -30-bedded service for males and females suffering from an acute phase of severe mental illness, which cannot be managed in an open setting
  • Child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) - 35-bedded service for young people in need of intensive CAMHS support
  • Rehabilitation and recovery service - 11-bedded service for males requiring rehabilitation and recovery services for severe and enduring mental health problems
  • Eating disorder service - 29-bedded service for males and females diagnosed with a severe eating disorder
  • Personality disorder service - 10-bedded ward for females presenting with emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD), offering a full dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) programme

Our bespoke therapeutic placements (BTP), designed to provide more bespoke care, with the least restrictive practices possible, are opening soon. Referrals are currently welcomed.
