Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Support Worker who would be able to take a lovely, young gentleman to day centre in Immingham and then pick him up Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Thursday I would like to be supported to a hydro session in Grimsby therefore I would need Support Worker to take me there at 3pm and drive me back at 6pm (another SW will accompany). 

•           40p per mile travel
