Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford and Maidstone, The Priory Hospital, Ticehurst House has 43 beds across 2 service lines: Acute Adult and Acute Private.

About the Role

This post is ideal for someone looking for their first role in generalist HR, or hoping to build on previous experience.

You will be given the opportunity to support the Site HR and Resourcing Lead along with Regional HR Advisors, the Hospital Director and other site Managers in providing a range of services. You will also be required to be actively involved in all recruitment processes along with checks for DBS and Right to Work.

You will be required to use your knowledge and expertise to provide effective hands on administration updating/maintaining and creating personnel files and maintain bank payroll.

Previous administrator experience is essential. A key part of this role will be good organisational skills with great attention to detail. You will be expected to work in a busy environment with a varied and often demanding workload.

This is therefore a brilliant opportunity to develop your HR skills and expertise and gain good exposure to working in a busy hospital environment.
