The HR Co-Ordinator will work closely with all management teams and Heads of Department, providing support and guidance regarding ER isuues ensuring the correct interpretation and implementation of Priory's HR policies and procedures. Full cycle recruitment; working with external on-boarding team. Ensure all DBS & any other professional accreditations are monitored and renewed. Monitor and manage absence, supporting managers with Investigations, Grievances & Disciplinaries. HR Meetings fortnightly/monthly with ward managers and other heads of department. Ensure appropriate OHS referrals are made when necessary. Terminations, Exit interviews, Variations to contracts and personal detail changes. Maintain employee file. Take minutes at meetings.
