Llanarth Court are looking for experienced Healthcare Workers, with an interest in positive behaviour support and inventive thinking to support bespoke treatment packages for women with complex needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans, including the setting and evaluating of goals. Positive Behaviour Support Plans help patients to avoid troubled and troubling behaviour by describing what helps each individual stay calm and safe.

Modelling primary and secondary preventative strategies will be a key requirement of the role.  

The role requires compassion, a willingness to be creative in approach to patients and their needs and a desire to persist in finding the most helpful ways to interact with patients and help them reach life goals.

As a Senior Healthcare Worker, you’ll be part of a large multi-disciplinary team supporting patients to receive optimal care.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week over a seven day period, based on the needs of the service.
